(W)EIGHTED  borrows and deconstructs the organization and materials of constructed spaces.  Utilizing this language I adopt a framework that I may follow or attempt to defy. It is between these moments of submission and disobedience that beauty can truly be revealed and ornament redefined.  My work extracts specific elements that we encounter on a monumental level and places it into the intimate hands of the viewer.  As a result my pieces capture detailed moments demonstrated within the built environment while deliberately and purposefully interacting with human form.
